Rebecca Platte (Founder and President)
Meet Rebecca, also known as Bee, the visionary founder behind the Business Queens Club. Hailing from the picturesque landscapes of Ireland, she now resides in Lansing, Michigan, where she leads the charge in empowering women in business. Beyond her role as a trailblazing entrepreneur, Rebecca wears many hats with pride. She curates her own highly regarded blog, which has earned nominations for prestigious blog awards. In addition, she manages “The SBG Family,” her husband’s business, and successfully runs her own financial advisory venture. Rebecca’s extensive qualifications include expertise in Business Administration, Social Media Marketing, Payroll and Bookkeeping (both manual and computerized), and much more. Her diverse skill set and unwavering dedication make her an invaluable asset to our team and a true inspiration within the industry.

Kelci Bailey (Vice President)
Hello, everyone! I’m Kelci, a proud momma of three, a devoted wife, and a passionate entrepreneur. I wear multiple hats as a business owner and podcast host, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to connect with each and every one of you personally. My journey has taught me invaluable lessons and techniques that I’m excited to share with you. Equally important, I’m eager to learn from all of you and discover new strategies that can contribute to our collective growth and success. Christine Pasbjerg (Secretary)
I’m Christine, I have lived in the Traverse City area for the last 14 years. But I grew up in Southern California before moving to Michigan late 2008. I am a mom of 3 wonderful kids, who fill my life with all kinds of adventures and memories. We love to be active and go on as many adventures as we can throughout the year. When I’m not being a mom, I am an Office Manager. I have had many years in the Administrative Field, and found out that I have a knack for that kind of work. But that’s not all I do, I also am a Photographer and own Black Beauty Photography with my partner Jill Hatton. I have been a photographer since I could pick up a camera, and fell in love with it process. In the last year, I have pushed to get my own photography business up and running. And have loved every minute of it, and happy I took the steps to turn my passion into a career.
Casey Crowley (Director of Communications)
]SAHM of 3. Daughter who is 13 and two boys and 2 & 3. Before I started staying at home in 2018 I was a dental assistant. I have now decided to create/co-own an online boutique with my best friend. We launched it in February 2023 and I absolutely love it! For my free time I enjoy going on walks and listening to music. I feel that this is a great way to relax! I am excited to be part of the Business Queens. It sounds like great way to network, meet new people, and share great ideas with other smart women!
Ashley Snear (Director of PR)
Hi Queens! I am Ashley. I have grew up and lived in the Mid-Michigan area almost my whole life. I lived in Chicago for a shot time while I studied photography. After I moved back home I went to college to finish my degree in Business Management. I now live about 20 minutes from my hometown in Coleman, Michigan with my four children, husband and our fluffy dog. I own Mama Dragon Photography and Mama Dragon Co; I am an author as well. In my spare time, I enjoy playing games with my children, watching movies, reading, and exploring. I am thrilled to meet and support so many amazing business queens!

Greetings, everyone! I’m Liv, and I’m thrilled to have this opportunity to introduce myself. I recently graduated from The University of Tennessee – Knoxville, where I obtained my degree in resource economics. Alongside my academic achievements, I am the proud owner of two businesses: Link’d By Liv Permanent Jewelry, based in Lansing, MI, and Judi K Designs, specializing in custom gifts and also located in Michigan. It brings me immense joy and gratitude to be able to assist you, remarkable ladies, on your unique journeys as business owners and managers. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a major in Kinesiology and a minor in Health Fitness from Central Michigan University (CMU). My passion lies in providing support to individuals from all walks of life, helping them feel comfortable and content within themselves.
